  • Clean tub/shower tiles and use our mold homemade mold prevention if needed

  • Clean faucet and showerhead

  • Mop floors by hand unless area is bigger

  • Clean exterior of all appliances

  • Clean inside microwave

  • Tables/bar tops/chairs

  • Clean countertops & backsplash (Remove items to clean and put back)

  • Clean stove top and if there are burner grates, wash them

  • Sink area

  • Wash dishes if 8 items or less

  • Empty Keurig cup holder/Clean bottom tray

  • Wash coffee pot (if ready to wash)

  • Windows sills and inside window glass

  • Clean exterior of cabinets & fixtures

  • Vacuum

  • Mop

  • Empty trash/recycle

  • Make bed(s) (if new sheets are left on top of the bed, we’ll change the sheets)

  • Dust picture frames and lamps (if applicable)

  • Dust ceiling fans

  • Clean and/or dust exposed surfaces (we pick up to clean most items at eye level or lower)

  • Clean windows/window sills

  • Dust baseboards

  • Vacuum

  • Mop all non carpeted areas

  • Basic Organization (< 5 Minutes)

  • Clean mirrors (if applicable)

  • Empty trash (if applicable)
